Shipping Policy

To the U.S.:

FREE Priority shipping on all domestic orders over $100.00

United States Postal Service (USPS) will be used to ship your order. For earlier delivery, we are happy to overnight your shipping for an additional charge, please contact us for priority rates. Rates are calculated during the checkout process.

All orders are generally processed within 48 hours of receipt. If your order is approved, it will generally be shipped no later than 48 hours from time of approval. Customers will receive notification of any orders not approved for any reason. Please note, we do not process orders on the weekend. Any orders placed from Friday at 11:00 AM Pacific Coast Time through Sunday at 11:59 pm Pacific Coast Time, will usually be processed on Monday, except for holidays falling on a Monday.

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11AM Pacific Coast Time. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11:00 AM Pacific Coast Time through Friday 11:00 AM Pacific Coast Time will arrive on Monday, except for holidays falling on a Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11:00 AM Pacific Coast Time and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday, except for when the intervening Monday is a holiday.

Domestic Delivery Time – Standard Shipping: Orders shipped to the western U.S. can be expected within 1 - 4 business days. Orders shipped to the eastern U.S. generally take 4 - 6 business days. For quicker delivery, guaranteed overnight and 2-day shipping services are available. All delivery times are estimates. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. VanGo Boutique is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

Undeliverable packages, including refused shipments and packages that have failed delivery, will be returned to VanGo Boutique and assessed a $20 Non-Delivery fee. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout.

International Shipping

VanGo Boutique offers international shipping by USPS Airmail to a number of countries. Rates are calculated during the checkout process.

All International orders are subject to customs. Some packages may be delayed as much as 2-3 weeks (depending on customs). We do not charge any customs when sending our packages. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. We have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and VanGo Boutique is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information refer to your local customs agency. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.

Return Policy

At VanGo Boutique, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Packages must be postmarked within 14 days after the date of purchase in order to receive a full refund*. Any item received in less than perfect condition will be sent back at the customer's expense.

*Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Skin Care and Bath & Body Returns

All returns of skin care and bath & body products must be returned unopened in the original packaging. Once the packaging has been opened, we can no longer accept any returns on any skin care or bath & body item.

All Other Items

You may return items with tags still attached within 14 days of the purchase date.

For proper credit, please include the following information:

  • A Copy of the Original Invoice
  • Your Name
  • Your Address
  • Your Phone Number
  • Your e-Mail
  • Reason for Return

Please allow up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement. We can only issue a credit back to the card that was used for the purchase.

Exchanges

We will exchange any product due to manufacturers' defect within 30 days of the purchase date. New shipping charges will apply to an exchange. Sales items can be exchanged only if a replacement is available. No returns on sales items - all sales are final on sales items.

Calculating Your Order Cost in a Foreign Currency

All prices on our site are listed in US dollars, and charged in US dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card and the date and time the order is process. In general, the rate will match very closely with the going exchange rates.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your VanGoboutique.com order if your shipping address is in California.
